"a lovely country area"
this is suitable for people who enjoy the peace & quiet of a rural setting. The main shops are only 5 mins away with minimal traffic.

"Quiet street..apart from the crows! :)"
This is a nice cul-de-suc which is fairly quiet. Mostly families with children live in this area. It is walking distance to a shopping centre complete with grocery stores, takeway, restaurants, 2 video stores and two medical centres and dentists. My only complaint is that the houses are too close together..its not ideal for partying types lol :)
The lake is only about 5 mins away and just down the street are a bridge and waterfalls with a public tennis court. Overall it is a peaceful street which is conviently located near a bus stop, and an excellent shopping centre which has a range of retail and other services such as medical and a post office.

Is it mostly an owner occupier area or are there lots of partying renters?
It's mostly an owner area with families. There's rentals in the nearby streets, closer to the shopping centre.
"Close to university"
Baker street is ideal for those interested in fitness as there is the Clive Bergofer Recreation Centre and for playing sports as there is a football field and ovals. At the other end is more housing. The student accomodation is a little pricey however, but the convience of university is good.

"a lovely street"
a quiet and peaceful street, perfect to get away from it all. High street shops are approx 8 min walk around the corner, if you live near the alderley/mackenzie intersection. Bus pass nearby and the Waterbird Habitat is peaceful and nice. There's also another park down the street closer to the town.

"ideal for students"
traffic can be busy at peak hours, due to the university at the end of the street. It's close to the convience of shopping & food outlets which is good. Just depends which end of the street you live, I recommend the south end as the city end is constantly busy with traffic
