"Relaxing suburb with lots of future potential"

While most people have heard about Chermside West, Everton Park, etc., surprisingly less people know about the beautiful suburb called McDowall, hidden along Rode road just after Chermside West. When alking with neighbours, they have been there since long time ago and no wonder they're not willing to relocate.
