Williams Landing
5th March 2025

"Love living in Williams Landing - east access to transport and schools."

Living in Williams Landing has been an incredible experience for my family. One of the biggest advantages is that our home is zoned for Doherty’s Creek P-9 College, which played a huge role in our decision to move here. The school has a strong reputation, with modern facilities and a great curriculum, making it a top choice for families in the area. Homes within this zone are highly sought after, and property prices are definitely on the rise as more people recognize the benefits of living here.

Beyond the fantastic schools, Williams Landing is also emerging as a key commercial hub. The Williams Landing Town Centre is expanding, offering a growing number of businesses, retail stores, cafes, and essential services. This means job opportunities are increasing right in our backyard, making it easier for professionals to work closer to home rather than commuting into the city. The Williams Landing train station also makes travel into Melbourne’s CBD a breeze for those who need to commute.

I have got multiple exits from here to drive to the CBD. The Williams Landing Shopping Centre has everything you need, from groceries to cafes, and with Point Cook, Werribee, and Tarneit just a short drive away, there's no shortage of shopping and dining options.
