Eagleby is a hidden treasure. We are so glad that we have recently purchased here. It’s great for the kids, clean and great parks nearby. A few walks that lead to reserves or park land. Very safe and neighbours haven’t had any issues everyone is so friendly. This was one thing we were worried about but it’s come a long way. Lots of good potential in a convenient location. The location is honestly the best! It’s so quiet, peaceful and love the bird life. The new Eagleby pool is so handy to have and there is also a shopping village down the road with fresh and save (worth the stop if you’re driving by, great prices). Has everything you need and soon will have easy access to Cleveland beaches, it’s a no brainer. Everyone should buy now while they can as it’ll soon be over priced and you won’t be able to get in
