"Our favourite holiday destination"
We love staying at Casuarina several times a year as it has fantastic beaches, shops and great community

Yeronga
"Great riverfront and park living"
Yeronga is very green with many parks and a great deal of river frontage. Some fantastic houses and large blocks without the price tag of other riverfront suburbs.
Did suffer some flooding in Jan 2011 but is higher than Chelmer, Graceville and Sherwood so flooding was more localised.
Great for
- Close to UQ
- Very green
- Close to everything
- Good choice of public transport
- No flightpaths
- No thoroughfare as it is bordered on 3 sides by river
- Recreation central
