It is terribly disappointing to see this once peaceful suburb turn into another version of Carrum Downs. We lived in a newer part of Langwarrin close to the pony club. I have called the police three times in the past 18 months re teenage gangs vandalising property in my street and an accident by a hoon (in all cases they responded too late eg 1hr after call). We sold earlier this year because of hoon activity and our house had the master at the front. It is starting to feel unsafe. The Council has been working very hard to clean up graffiti but they don't seem to be doing too much toward preventing it. The Carrum Downs Police station is due to open this year but I doubt it will have much effect.
