Redcliffe

"Stigma"

Well being a ole redcliffe boy myself it is interesting how much this town has changed! My brother and I have moved away from redcliffe a few times but always came back in the end. This time however, upon our returning we spent $207,000.00 with local businesses buying two Ford rangers (new) also buying two New caravans at snook st clontarf to go around Australia. Since buying with have been looked down upon, we have seen first hand how the struggling and homeless have been treated by the permanent residents the police and the council, while we have been adjusting to our new way of life, and also teaching our cattle dogs how they are to behave in social environments. It is appalling what I have seen so far by the powers to be, police and council but more appalling behavior is from the locals. Get a grip people you do habe homeless people living in your suburb. You are not the only suburb to experience such nor will you be the last. Instead of making life difficult for those less fortunate then you, instead of having nothing better to do than sit on a phone all day bitching about the homeless how about reaching out and asking them if they ok? It may surprise you about their story and make you think that at anytime a person can become homeless these days specially in this ruffled economic environment. Its a shame to see and a shame to see how redcliffe has stopped to this level of arrogance. I wish we spent our $207,000.00 in another town deserving of investment.

I haven't found this at all, I think people are very respectful of the homeless around here... There seems to be a lot of community support for them as well!
