Close by the 'forest' that separates government house from the rest of Yarralumla. Easy access to Weston Park.

"Inner Melbourne at its best"
Great shopping strip in Carlisle Street, close to the beach. Excellent public transport options. Hidden parks like the one in William Street. Great for walking. Glick's bagels is a destination by itself.
Great for
- Excellent public transport options.
- Close to Melbourne city and St Kilda Beach
- Great shopping/ cafes/ restaurants - and don't forget the bagels
Not great for
- Car traffic in Carlisle Street can become congested at times due to the trams.
- Housing stock is mixed, with some areas such as William Street, Grosvenor Street much better than some other streets.
