My goodness the amount of crap that goes on in this place after dark. When your not struggling to get a car park during the day, your hoping your house and car don't get broken into during the night. Had two attemped break in's within 6 months and bikes stolen - numerous cars in our gated parking area had their windows smashed or tyres slashed. Not to mention the road noise from canning hwy is enough to do anyones head in, putting up with people screaming out their car windows every weekend and the ambos, cops and fire trucks racing past sirens blaring at all times of the day and night. I could go on but will leave it at that.

This place is beautiful.. Streets upon streets with million dollar estates, fantastic walk ways and parks with water surrounds and you might even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the dolphins who often come into the marina to feed - The people here are very friendly, falls in line of middle meets upper class. The community here seem very close, with an exercise class and good neighborhood watch program.
