I have lived in Labrador for almost 3 years and it is great. We choose Labrador to buy because we wanted to be close to the Broadwater, Southport and Surfers Paradise.

Our street is very quiet and we know most of the people in our street, we even look out for each others properties when someone is on holidays.

We have a lot of green open spaces and parks for kids and dogs to run free. Pathways to all streets and good bus service.

Labrador does have some areas that are a little on the not taken care of / rough side but you get that in most high rental apartment areas.

The Broadwater is right there for walking, swimming, fishing and boating.

Harbour Town is the main shopping center. There is also Coles and Aldi.

Whether looking to rent or buy Labrador is a great option.
