It is too far away from the city, doesn't have much of life, too far from schools, hospitals and good restaurants.

"The northbridge of the coastline."
Great place to live in if you don't mind drunk people fighting, police sirens all night long, and naked surfers at the car park in front of your kids. Not the best place to dinning out, too many idiots going around at night. There isn't any good restaurant anyway. Too much traffic and very noisy, especially at night.

You recommend this suburb for gays and lesbians because you think we like to fight and get naked? Judging from your use of the English language, you're either uneducated, or (forgivably) not from Australia.
goodlifelover is correct, and isn't claiming gays "like to fight and get naked". I moved out many years ago because there wasn't a great emphasis on educational quality in the schools - some of the parents were more interested in pot and Jack Daniels, so it's not the teachers I'm blaming. Rentals getting trashed was rather common. Hopefully everything has improved in my absence(?) Quite a good beach though.

Great place for families, big blocks with plenty of room for children to play in, quite and safe, only 10 minutes from the city (10 Km), easy access to freeway and train stations, short drive to all the major shopping centers, 10 from the beach, plenty of parks.

Clearly didn't spend enough time there! Some great schools both public and private, good restaurants with top bars. Also close to the shopping centre and train station. Freeway only 10 minutes away.
