"upcoming suburb of the CC"

Shelly Beach is a suburb you dream of, acquainted with a golf course, two A grade restaurants and a friendly community. The suburb has gone through a great deal of change throughout the past years, transforming from a suburb overrun by fibro beach shacks to a suburbs with the majority of houses being in the millions, due to the undergone major beach cafe revitalisation and change of council. Currently, along Grand-View street there is being 7 houses encountering redevelopment in the span of just three months. The suburb is besides Long Jetty and Toowoon Bay, both suburbs have notably undergone drastic change throughout years, long jetty going from being a lakeside ghost town to a hipsters retreat due to its new shops and a plethora of noteworthy cafes, Toowoon Bay has undergone the same change as Shelly Beach however, it has incorporated beach side mansions, as Sydney investors are currently revitalising the area. Above all, Shelly Beach is turning into a paradise.
