Great local facilities and local shopping, Westfield Southland (incorporating shopping & entertainment) is close enough and far enough away to be a convenience. Cross section of age groups living in this section. Good parks & close to transport. Also close to some excellent schools in Cheltenham and surrounding suburbs (Mentone & Brighton). House prices are still very reasonable. A warm and welcoming community.
