Cupania Court is quiet and leafy and wide compared to a streets in the newer areas of Annandale. It has very little traffic as it is a cul-de-sac.

Most of the residents are long term and enjoy the benefits of being close to important facilities without having to live on a busy street.

It is one of those streets that children can still learn to ride a bike or kick a ball in the street. They can also safely walk the 500m to the school gate.
