"A peaceful oasis in a convenient, highly desirable suburb."
Cupania Court is quiet and leafy and wide compared to a streets in the newer areas of Annandale. It has very little traffic as it is a cul-de-sac.
Most of the residents are long term and enjoy the benefits of being close to important facilities without having to live on a busy street.
It is one of those streets that children can still learn to ride a bike or kick a ball in the street. They can also safely walk the 500m to the school gate.
It is relatively invisible with even long term Annandale residents unaware that it exists. One of the city's most high profile real estate agent calls the street home.
