"Perfect suburban area"
A relatively quiet street that is not overly narrow but does not recieve a large quantity of traffic. There are several familys with young children and Woodbine drive backs directly onto a stormwater easement which is dry 95% of the year and doubles as a park during these times.
Neighbours are friendly and crime rate is fairly low.
Great place to live.
