My family and I have live on the central coast 19 years 18 of those years at Empire Bay and now 1 year in Kincumber. I can honestly say there are good and bad parts of the central coast nothing is perfect. Our local shopping centre at kincumber are fantastic for your day to day needs and always greeted with smiles by the shop owners and if you need specialty Items there is Erina Fair 10 minutes away.
beaches, schools and parks are not to far either. So we definately give Kincumber the thumbs up.
