Gosnells
"good place for first home buyers"
house and land prices in the Gosnells is still reasonable and affordable.
There are lot of new houses building in the area and lot of new families moving to the Gosnells.
Not so sure about the public transport(never used).
However Gosnells have lot of nice parks and good schools.
Good place to start.
