"Carlisle, WA - an undervalued place, strategic locations, with many facilities nearby"

We live in Carlisle for more than 4 years, it is really a great place in term of investment price and nearby facilities. Not to far North is Orrong road, with tomato lake nearby. close by is Carlisle and Oats street train station. South of it is Vic park for shopping and eating out. 15 minutes drive to International Airport, and 15 minutes drive to city.

Perfect location, close to city without city expensive price, close to shopping without the traffics and noise, close to airport without the airplane noise, close to industrial workplace without blunt and boring look.

Great for

Close to airport without the noise, close to industrial area without the dull look
Close to everything
Fantastic shopping close by
Great public transport

Not great for

The oats street train line is not the best line to take since it is quite long line and can be busy
