Brooklyn is a great place if you work in the city, beacuse it's only 10km to Melb CBD approx 10mins drive. And the house prices here are still cheap compare to other suburb that has the same distance to the city. The only thing is Yes a lot of people said it's an industrial site, but it has full of potential, because houese here has big block (mostly 700sqm approx) Brooklyn is only a small residential area, and it's quiet and safe here, now it's starting to be recognised by young people, and houses here are selling fast.
