I have been living here for more then 3 years now, it is best place. All the neighbours are friendly, no traffic issues. very quiet area and everything is at walking distance. Huge reserve at the back. 10 mins walk to train station, shops, banks etc. 5 mins walk to Doctors off Hatherton road. There will be new swimming pool opening which is just 5-10 mins away by walk. I always feel safe here and no issues at all. Internet connection is good and have ADSL 2+ service with good speeds (10Mbps)

It is a great place to live, i myself was against buying in Noble Park as there was a word of mouth that it is not safe.. SO i decided to rent first then buy and i end up buying here, it is not bad at all, just have to be careful in dark around train station as you would in any other high profile suburb. Great neighbor hood, friendly and great retail shops and multicultural environment.
