"Cool place to live"
Moved here last year and at first worried about the commute to melbourne but its a breeze
The only traffic slow points are seville and lilidale on the way in
Neighbours are friendly and the views are stunning
House prices compared to outer melbourne are cheap in the region of $300k which more than makes up for the extra fuel used
We love it nuff said
Great for
- Cheaper land and properties
- Peaceful
- So affordable
Not great for
- Extra $60/week on fuel on melbourne commute

Bro i am lookong at a property at wonga road too. Do you know of a builder that would build a house up there. Metricon and simonds been quoting 200k. How safe is it there ?
