"Coogee has that easy peaceful feeling to work and live"

Not many inner city suburbs can boast a beautiful beach, community spirit, parks, reasonable restaurants/cafes and all this so close to the city and the airport. Understated and purposefully so, Coogee, if it keeps itself from turning into Cronulla is and will continue to be a wonderful place to be.
A few issues need to be sorted out of course but transport in and out is great. Unpretentious but slightly sophisticated.
