Perrett Avenue is the linchpin that holds the suburb together. A street lined with magnificent houses, at odds with the local terrain. A quiet steet with a dog leg or two thrown in, has great access to the local shopping and activities. It's strictly called St Albans East, but more affectionately called East of Eden.

A small pocket of about 3000 people, the forth smallest suburb in Melbourne has much to be proud of. All the local services within minutes from medical services, retail therepy and wonderful park lands. Quite leafy streets and children's play grounds no more than two blocks walk from anywhere in the suburb. Schools and children's day care are all of high quality. Public transport is available around every corner.

Some of the areas have both beautiful views of the city and many others have views of the wonderful maribyrnong valley. Lush grasslands and bbqs and fauna park and much, much more.

Yes its probably the most unknown suburb of Melbourne, but maybe thats because we like it like that.

A peaceful tree lined street with neighbours who are both friendly but respectful of each others personal space. It could also be descibed as an eclectic area that avoids the ethnic ghetto's of many other neighbourhoods in the west. Only minutes to major shopping centres, and 20 minutes to the city by car.
