What I love;
- Coastal town, walk or drive to the beach
- Nice parks
- Very clean
- Neighbourhood feel
- The new train station is very nice and clean. Easy access to city and Joondalup

What I don't like
- Not many amenities nearby, you need a car for almost everything
- Buses are useless here, the stops are far and infrequent

Ingleburn has been improving rapidly in the past few years. The new Ingleburn village has good quality shops. The council has just approved high rise buildings close to the station. Seems like there is a bright future ahead.
