St Andrews Beach
"The last secluded pocket of the Peninsula"
A beach town from the 1980s, with a beautiful windswept beach and community feel about it.
Blocks are large and underdeveloped, and the local brewery and (public access) golf club are top notch.

Abbotsford
"Peace and quiet just 3km from the CBD"
A hidden gem nestled in between the river, Freeway and Victoria St.
Abbotsford has it all. Great pubs, restaurants, cafes and nature on your doorstep, with good local schools and lots of amenity.
Public transport access is first class (train, Tram and bus) and multiple supermarkets and shops.
Downside can be proximity to Victoria St (manifesting in the occasional syringe on St and a little bit of theft) and small block sizes, but well and truly a great place to live.
