Lived here for 5 years. The food is amazing. Easy access to the shops and public transport. The cleanliness and hygiene has always been iffy. The amount of beggars and druggies during the morning and afternoon has been rising and is quite concerning. It's pretty safe even at night with multiple banh mi and bubble tea shops open til late. Good for day trips to explore and experience something unique.
