Moved to Kincumber last year from Sydney and would never go back!.
10 mins from some of the best beaches on the Coast and has some of the best bush walks through beautiful rainforests. Add the View from the 5k walking path by Brisbane Waters and it's a slice of heaven. Petrol stations, Local Shops, restaurants and a pub. 10mins from Erina fair Not much it doesn't have!
P.s I laugh when I here people speak of a busy traffic off a main road all I can say is please come to Sydney for a week you have no idea what traffic is!
