Typical of a new coastal development, the blocks are very small, really narrow streets Most homes are quite substantial, but really squeezed in. Lots of young families. Highlight is the closeness of the beach, local shops, medical facilities, child care centre.

Great community spirited street. Neighbors friendly, and look out for each other. Really safe as no through road. Very peaceful and abundant with wildlife. Some homes have fantastic views of the ocean, and a couple back onto the National Park with access to the walking track.

Great community shopping centre close by with Medical Centre, Chemist, Supermarket, take aways, child care centre etc. Bus stop at the end of the street as well as the Palmer Coolum Resort. 2 Golf course within 1 kilometre. Plenty of dining available at Palmer Resort, Marcoola Surf Club, Mt Coolum Golf Club, local Italian & Indian Restaurants.
