If only Blackmans Bay was on the other side of the river, if you could replace Tranmere (All AirB&Bs) with Blackmans Bay family feel. Its essentially Rokeby on the congested side of the river

Way too much crime, the Zinc Works right next door constantly poisoning you and the land around it. You can't make poison and a slow death appealing, especially at $600K, and I lived here for years unfortunately that I can't get that time back

Like the title, this used to be a cheap retirement style area, now its overpriced and gloomy. This side of the river is very unappealing in 2025

So much crime now, the views aren't as appealing when you're dealing with a bad area. It used to be a nice place, this whole side of the river has gone down hill!

Extremely overpriced with so much crime

I love the ocean, this side of the river is the clear winner but until you're in Rokeby or beyond the water is always a mess. Close to Rokeby and all the best schools in the area so that is a plus

What can I say but over priced and nothing anyone hasn't already mentioned

Rokeby is just beautiful, the views with the family and profession aspect is huge for my lifestyle
