I have lived here under a year and have experienced being threatened multiple times by neighbours. A serious gang crime also occurred shortly after moving in. Not suitable for families, unsafe for pedestrians. Maribrynong River is pretty and some of the restaurants in Sunshine are good but I wouldn't recommend this area to my worst enemy.
