"The only 1 of 2 cul-de-sac in Oakleigh South Primary school zone"

Exceptionally great location with every house in this cul-de-sac enjoying exclusive view and easy access to the lush green golf course garden areas. Very tightly held for its unique value. It’s almost a hidden gem in South Eastern suburbs.

Golf Road

"Oakleigh South’s greenest road covered with Eucalyptus and paper bark trees."

Lined by tall leafy Eucalyptus trees with Metropolitan golf course on one side it is the best street for walking and running. Has the widest side walk and very friendly neighbours. You can feel the fresh air of the golf course. Some of the houses (even numbered ones) have backyards with golf course view.
733 bus route runs on Golf road with 15 min frequency.

Devoy Street

"Best street in the school zone"

Widest street in the school zone and not too busy. Almost all houses are primary place of residence with average holding period of over 20 years. Very friendly neighbours and big green paper bark trees.

Oakleigh South

"Quiet place within 15 km of CBD with all amenities in walking distance"

The price to value ratio does not get better within 15 km of CBD in Eastern and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Melbourne’s best public primary school (Score of 100 for last 8 years), Melbourne’s top golf courses (Metropolitan etc), Woolies, Bunnings, Chemist Warehouse, Bakers delight, cafes, baby bunting - all within 5 minutes walk, full of large leafy trees and exotic birds.
Two bus routes (733 and 933) connecting to other suburbs and stations like Oakleigh, Huntingdale just 2 mins drive away. Chadstone and Southland at 10 mins drive.
