"Close to most things and up and coming suburb"
After living here for a few years, I find it is a good place to raise a family. The Dome cafe has been fantastic and provides many a morning coffee!

Swansea St
"A busy nightlife, not the safest street!"
I lived here for 2 years and was constantly battling the traffic and noise both during the day and at night. 3 Break and Enters in two years had us moving to another street.

"Some great spots but, overall not the safest place"
I lived here for 2 years and enjoyed the proxi it's to the city, but was always feeling unsafe at night. We had three attempted Break and Enters in that time.

May I know which part of Swansea St were you on? We are looking at a potential property on Swansea that's between Mint St and Dane Street South. Drove past at night and it feels pretty safe and quiet.
