Perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing and can’t think of any negatives, having lived all around the country and coast. Great people, vibe, community, lush greenery and very accessible.
Lots of nice areas, the only one to avoid based on last years floods (which barely touched Buderim) is to be wary of the Ballinger Road area, you’re basically in Sippy Downs there anyway and the (Mountain) Creek sandwiches that whole road, which got very ugly during the floods. Everywhere else is so high you’re fine!
