"A starlight in Knox area is Knoxfield. The most growing area in the east of Melbourne."

So much to offer in Knoxfield at a very affordable house price. And the house price is growing healthily compare to other suburbs in Knox area. A winning for all investors, first home buyers, upgrader.

I grew and live here for ages. An fascinated by the growing of this area, what a suburb. I am just listing all the amenities in this area as a reference, to help people with information.

1. School : Scoresby Secondary College, Fairhills Secondary, Knox Park Primary, Carrington Primary, Holy Trinity, St Andrew Christian College. Next to this area is Waverley Christian College, Caufield Grammar School, Knox School, Swinburne TAFE, Holmesglen Waverley TAFE (travel by bus 753).

2. Shopping Centre : New Harcrest Shopping Centre (IGA and 6 specialty stores), Knoxfield shopping village, Scoresby shopping village, Mountain Gate SC, Stud Park SC, Knox SC, The Glen SC.

3. Transport : bus 753 to Glen Waverley or Boronia stations (frequent timetable) along Anne Street, 901 along Stud Road

4. Recreation : Lakewood Researve, Carrington Park, Benedikt Reserve, Harcrest open spare/park/lake, Gilber park, soccer pitch in the suburb, Eastern Regional Sport Centre, Carribean Park, Jells Park. rarely suburb has two lakes in the area, Waterford Valley Golf Course.

5. Homeware : Bunning and the new Masters (the only one in Knox area), Carribean Park

6. Upcoming projects : Mirvac Harcrest, Carribean Collosus (New activity centre including retail, park, water front activity. This plan has been approved by Knox Council. Please google to find out), Rowville Rail Project (google it, just 5 minutes driving from Knoxfield), Stamford House & Park project.

7. A mix culture and societies. A very good for everyone, new comers, people moving in.

8. Healthy grow in rental return. A lot of people love to stay here due to the mix between business and good living area. The carribean business belt attracts people to rent and live in this area.

9. Tolls access : East link and Monash freeway within close proximity.

You will find a combination of modern and classical properties in this area. And this are is far away from a ghetto atmosphere or experience. Most people live here are a smart, hardwork, intellegent and educated people that just can not buy house in Wantirna South, Glen Waverley and Wheelers Hill due to its price. A smart choice.

This is the only area in Knox that is currently experiencing a major upgrade and located in the strategic location in the centre of Knox area. Just google map it and you will see there are so needed spaces in this area to cater the urban Melbourne growth.
