"Great Eastern Suburb"

Maroubra is located 10 km South of the Sydney CBD, part of the Eastern Suburbs region. It is 15-20 minutes to the CBD in non peak hour. It is a very safe and convenient suburb. Very close to the beach, Eastgardens shopping centre, Bondi, UNSW, Coogee and CBD. I have lived in Maroubra all my life and love it!

Great for

Close to Everything
Good Public Transport

Not great for

Housing commission located in the southern end of the suburb
Some houses close to the beach are expensive
