I bought here and definitely don’t regret it. This is not a ‘bogan’ area but it’s lovely, peaceful and quiet. It might be a bit pricier than its neighbour (BG) but it’s far better to invest in a good suburb like Carramar or Talping.

This maybe a cheaper area to build but I’ll warn any prospective buyers that this area has become exceptionally bad. Think twice before buying here. Kids throwing stones at cars, ramped up stereos, disrespectful neighbours, some live like pigs and I’m not blaming only Social Housing. Old BG is worse but the newer part has endless issues.
