We live along Beverley Road in Cloverdale, 6105. We have been living here since late 2018.

Super convenient as it is so near to the newly and extensively renovated and modernised Belmont Forum.

Grocery shopping is a breeze with Aldi, Coles, Woolworths and two Asian groceries all under one roof. Kmart, Big W are there too. Banks, Post Office, hair salon, nail spa, sports shops, mobile phone shops, fashion shops etc, all under one roof.

Several high quality, affordable and excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants, offering different cuisines, are just a stone’s throw away.

Beverley Road is a quiet street with beautiful huge trees with thick canopy lining the street.

Short walk to the newly built beautiful Ruth Faulkner Library.

Short walk to bus stops with easy access to several direct bus services to Perth City (10-15 minutes), Westfield Carousel, Kings Park, Perth DFO, Costco, Perth Airport, Swan River South Perth foreshore.

Short driving distance to Perth City, Perth Airpor, Swan Valley and the Hills.

Easy access to hiking areas in the Hills.
