I owned a property in Tudor Gardens and sold recently with a view to renting for a year and then downsizing to a smaller property in Inglewood.
Given there were so few rentals in Inglewood I had to move to East Perth (rentals in abundance despite the much touted tight vacancy rates). I cannot express how much I am missing Inglewood. Living in East Perth, which I find a sterile suburb, acutely highlights Inglewood's strengths-soul, leafy green areas and its sense of community.
