Moved here over 4 years ago and being new to the area we were pleasantly surprised. Such an amazing community feel, we've never had neighbours so friendly and supportive. We love walking the dogs around all the parks and getting coffee at Oats Street, especially when the Jacarandas are full bloom its so lovely. Being super close to East Vic Park, Vic Park, Lathlain, the river and the city brings such a good lifestyle.
