No amenities, no infrastructure, need to drive for more than an hour to get to anywhere.

Look at the crime stats. 3 times more crime than anywhere in the Southern or Northern suburbs.

Few amenities around, just a dog beach only. Far from city.

White Rock is a very diverse suburb. There are lots of townhouses in the north, stand alone dwellings in the middle and rural type properties in the south. Only a small section of White Rock to the east of the Trinity Links Resort has above average public housing and is dodgy. All other areas are very safe and peaceful. One cannot judge the whole area on the basis of its one small part. It is 10-15 minutes drive to the CBD which is not far at all.
