Brittania Drive has pockets of busy times but mostly a peaceful road with home owners that take great care of their properties.

People are friendly, affordable housing, some pockets to avoid but generally these are obvious or well known. Close to everything you need. Sydney’s desire for cheaper housing will continue to infiltrate the Central Coast and drive up cost eventually. Glad we made the move.

Second that! What streets do I avoid?
Hey peeps, in response to streets/pockets to avoid it is really a personal choice. Watanobbi is a great little community. The people are awesome in general so dont worry about a pocket here or there pockets are everywhere no matter where you live in Australia Im sure and typically super obvious. Maybe join the FB community pages for areas you are looking to buy in to get a feel for community spirit/concerns/standards/experiences. All the best to you.
