What a marvellous region of Brisbane. I think it could quite possibly be the best location in Queensland. Proximity to mt Tamborine is a plus. Heaven on earth.

Having lived here for 3 years with my kids I didn't enjoy the hilly streets, some are steep. Also many of the houses are either 2 story shacks or premium renovated properties at the top of the hills. There is some good and bad pockets of the suburb. I'd prefer to be closer in, Mt Gravatt is where we ended up
