Hello, I am currently looking to relocate to sunnybank hills from sydney for my son to attend sunnybank hills state primary school. Are there any areas or streets we should avoid when looking for a house?

"Convenient suburb"

I lived here for a short time and really liked it. It's a super convenient suburb, close to everything you need and very family friendly. I felt very safe living in Sunnybank Hills. The only downside to living here was the traffic and lack of English spoken by restaurant and convenience store staff. The suburb seems to be predominantly Chinese and so Mandarin is widely spoken at shops in Sunnybank and it can be difficult to communicate. On the positive side, there are some excellent Asian food options and Market Square is 5 min away. The traffic can get really bad in the mornings and afternoons.

"Great place for families with kids, affordable price to rent or buy"

My family with 2 kids have lived here for more than 3 years. This suburb is at a great location reaching the perfect balance between convenience, quietness and living safety!

5-15 mins walk to any facility, such as rail station, bus stops, primary schools, parks, restaurants, shopping malls, etc.
