"Ok"
Not a bad place but not a vibrant suburb. Bayside in Brisbane isn’t a beautiful area, and whilst you can get to Brisbane cbd in under 30 mins, it feels very seperate. I had some really bogan neighbours when I lived here
"Perfect"
This suburb is on fire. Lots of great development happening in this area of Brisbane. The primary school is #1 in the entire state. Which is an incredible honour. Great folk reside here! Get in if you can. Algester/Calamvale/Mansfield and Sunnybank Hills all great areas

"Good for the price, but not homey enough"
It’s an affordable suburb but it comes at a price. It’s far from the CBD and you get a lot of flow over from the Deception/Sunshine Coast low socio demographics. It’s affordable for a reason
"Bit dumpy"
We lived next door to a bunch of hoarders, and there was some public housing down the road as well. I wouldn’t say a family friendly suburb, and would recommend closely inspecting your rental at day/night before moving in.
We were just out there. Its certainly not like Wellington Point or Thirneside. It is great land value and reminds me a bit of the lesser side of Forest Lake and or Alexandra Hillls. Its okay, but the cars, massive (commercial) trucks and equipment on a lot of lawns reduces curb side appeal. However, the prices will be sub $900k for large lots and/or with pools.
