Macquarie Street

"Work, Rest and Play!"

Macquarie Street is the main street of Dubbo but also extends into a residential portion overlooking the Macquarie River flats in some sections and near parks and walking tracks in others. It is a popular street with some grand homes and easy access to everywhere which results in high traffic volumes but a lot of homes are set back from the street and do not find the traffic an issue.

Tamworth Street

"Blue Ribbon South Dubbo Street"

A very popular street in South Dubbo with beautiful heritage homes and easy access to river walking tracks, Tamworth Street shopping precinct, schools, parks and CBD. The street traffic is busy but it remains one of the most popular streets to live in in Dubbo.

Beveridge Crescent

"A Great Street for Families"

We moved into Beveridge Crescent with our young family and remained in our first home there for 3 years before moving into a new home (in the same street because we loved it so much) for 10 years. A very family friendly street with great neighbours and walking distance to South Dubbo shops, parks, schools and river walking track. We left there some time ago but our old neighbours still say hello whenever we bump in to them. We have very fond memories of our time in this established neighbourhood.

Taylor Street

"Walk to Tamworth Street shops, schools and parks"

South Dubbo is always a popular area in Dubbo and this street offers walking distance to all the best that South Dubbo has to offer - Tamworth Street and Boundary Road shops, parks, sporting ovals and schools. Older style homes - some renovated and some not - but an affordable and highly convenient family area.

Bultje Street

"Walk to Everywhere"

I have spent some time previously living in Bultje Street and loved the super handy position only a short walk into the CBD, parks and cafes. The heritage homes and leafy feel add to the appeal although it does take a little bit to get used to the traffic noise from nearby Cobra Street which is a main road.

Trafalgar Place

"Established Neighbourhood with Long Term Residents"

We have lived in Trafalgar Place for over 8 years and are very happy. Very quiet neighbourhood. Long term owner occupiers and the one or two tenants in the street are also long term - everyone loves it here! Elevated street so some homes have views over Dubbo. Only a short walk to Troy Gully for nature walks or dog walking.

"Dubbo - Big Enough to Matter, Small Enough to Care"

Big enough to matter and small enough to care, our wonderful regional city of Dubbo is a great place to live, work and play.

Recognised as the capital of Western NSW, our welcoming community offers a relaxed country lifestyle, affordable housing options and an abundance of services and opportunities. With little to no work commute, quality of life is second to none.

One of the first country locations connected to the nbn network, the “hub of the west” has a diverse range of business and health services.

Our education network includes a mix of early childhood, public, independent and tertiary institutions, including Charles Sturt University, TAFE Western and University of Sydney School of Rural Health. The University of the Third Age has a selection of pleasure and study subjects for over 55s.
