Quiet street just off Jones Rd and close to Bungower Rd so easy access out of the town when travelling elsewhere. Not a lot of traffic as one side is all courts. Majority of the houses have nice big yards and you can walk to all local amenities no probs.

Clean, quiet, family friendly little town on the Mornington Peninsula close close enough to all the beaches without being congested during Summer. Local shops, schools, GPs in easy access, 10 mins to Bayside shopping centre, 10 mins to Mornington and close to the back beaches too if that's more your thing.
