Hodgeman Rd is always in high demand when houses go up for sale. There are a lot of old charactors homes and our streets are clean. Pennington is an Awesome suburb to live in with plenty of parklands for kids to play at. Schools are walking distance as is public transport. Shops are pretty central like St Claire, Port Adelaide,Arndale and Westlakes is just a short drive. The city centre is only a 12 min ride by train. We are spoilt for choice of restaurants including our famous award winning Vietnam restaurant.
