"Most sought after Street in Pennington"
Hodgeman Rd is always in high demand when houses go up for sale. There are a lot of old charactors homes and our streets are clean. Alot of ppl take pride in their homes and are always keen on improving. Plenty of Retail shops close by like Arndale,St Claire, Westlakes and Port Adelaide. Easy access to public transport and schools.
