"Up and coming area, wide street, and nice character homes"
The Council is starting to take notice and now maintaining the Street and surrounding Pennington area. They have planted maple trees, mowing lawns more regularly. Northgate Street has a lot of potential being a long wide street with quality character homes and very close to soon-to-be wetlands walking area in St Clair / Chelteneham new development.
